YOU!
Brian Irvine
, composer / director

A recurring highlight of the NMD programme each year, The Totally Made Up Orchestra is a group like no other—blending composition, improvisation, words, sounds, clothing, random objects, movements, noises, gestures, humour and much head scratching into another unique and captivating performance.

This time the Totally Made Up Orchestra is branching out into a new home with more ideas, more sounds and … more of everything! Come and hear us in all our wildly individual and collectively mesmerising glory in the stunning surroundings of Windmill QTR.

And why not join in? Led by composer Brian Irvine, musicians and music lovers of any age, any instrument and any ability are encouraged to join this ‘beautiful, monster, music machine phenomenon’, the only requirements being a desire to be heard and to make music with others, an open mind and a big, creative heart.

Come and be a part of it - REGISTER HERE -

or book a ticket for the performance to hear and see the finished result. Musicians of all levels and all ages are very welcome.
